1. About this storefront
NQ10 is a prelaunch storefront. Purchasing is suspended while resale permissions and product eligibility are reviewed. The remaining listings and proposed prices are available for inspection only. Supplier availability is a dated public observation, not inventory held or reserved by NQ10. Browsing, adding an item to the cart or opening checkout does not place an order or create a purchase agreement.
2. Payments, delivery and refunds
NQ10 does not currently accept payments, place orders, transfer accounts or deliver products. No charge is made, so there is no paid order to cancel or refund. Our Refund policy explains the requested 14-hour issue reporting window and the proposed process for live sales. Before real sales begin, the store must provide its seller identity, payment terms and delivery information.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include the NQ10 markup for each product option: €1.90 when the reference base price is under €5, €2.50 from €5 to €9.99, and €3.00 from €10 upward. The cart subtotal uses these selling prices; the markup is not added again at checkout. Price ranges cover the available listed options, including options marked as restocking. Preview prices and stock do not constitute a live offer.
4. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access systems or data without permission, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content. Any future use of third-party games, services or accounts must follow the relevant provider’s rules and eligibility requirements.
5. Third-party content
Game names, character artwork, trademarks and service logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that NQ10 is affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of those owners.
6. Availability and your rights
The preview may change or become unavailable. Catalog information should not be relied on as confirmation of a product’s availability or suitability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
