1. Scope
This notice describes the current NQ10 storefront preview. NQ10 uses Supabase for customer email-code sign-in when configured. Checkout remains a preview, with no payment or order submission. NQ10 does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
2. Information used by the storefront
Search terms, filters and the current cart are handled in your browser. Category selections appear in the page URL. Your cookie choice is saved locally for 180 days. If you enable “Remember my cart,” product IDs and quantities are also saved on this browser. The storefront does not submit your cart to an order server.
Customer sign-in and orders
When you request a sign-in code, your email is sent to Supabase and its configured email service. Supabase stores your authentication account and verifies the code. NQ10 stores a necessary, HTTP-only session cookie for up to one hour. Signing out removes this browser session. Rejecting optional cart storage does not disable sign-in.
If the Sellix order connection is enabled, the server uses your verified email to find your purchases. Only matching orders are returned to your dashboard. Order details are not stored in browser local storage. For account or privacy requests, contact NQ10 through our support server.
3. Hosting and access
The site is hosted with OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. The hosting or access service may use its own security and sign-in cookies. Those services control their operational records and retention.
See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for their practices.
4. Storage and deletion
Your saved cart stays on this browser until you disable cart storage, clear the site’s browser data, or return after your consent expires. Turning optional storage off deletes the persisted cart without changing the cart already open on screen. Consent is re-requested after 180 days. Blocking browser storage may prevent choices from being remembered.
5. Your choices
You can accept or reject optional cart storage and change your decision using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also remove site data through your browser settings. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent browsing or using the current cart.
6. Before live sales
The store operator’s legal identity and privacy contact have not yet been provided. This notice covers the preview only. Email-code sign-in already processes customer email addresses as described above. To complete this notice and before enabling sales, the store must identify the operator and explain the purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and applicable privacy rights for that processing.
7. Updates
This notice will need updating if the storefront’s data practices change. New optional uses require a new choice before they are enabled. See the Cookie policy for a detailed list of the storage controlled by NQ10.
